Before booking a trip, please take the time to read and understand the following terms and conditions. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the policies listed below.

1. Reservations & Payments

• Reservations can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or email, and will be confirmed in writing by Pesona Nidera with an official invoice.
• A deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be completed before the trip begins.
• All bank fees and currency conversion differences are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Cancellation by Customer

• Customers may cancel their bookings at any time by contacting Pesona Nidera.
• However, payments made are non-refundable, unless the booking is rescheduled within the same calendar year.

3. Cancellation by Pesona Nidera

• If we cancel the trip before departure and the customer has made a partial or down payment, they are entitled to a 50% refund of the amount paid.
• Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame.

4. Responsibilities

• Pesona Nidera is not responsible for flight schedule changes or for any losses resulting from delays that cause customers to miss their flights.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that their travel documents (passport, visa, permits) are valid.
• Participation in all activities is at the customer’s own risk. We recommend purchasing personal travel insurance.

5. Force Majeure

• Pesona Nidera reserves the right to modify or cancel trips due to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, government regulations, or other events beyond our control.
• In such cases, we will do our best to offer alternatives, but refunds may not be available.

6. Liability

• While we strive to provide the best service, Pesona Nidera is not liable for accidents, injuries, losses, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
• Customers are expected to follow the safety instructions of our crew and guides at all times.

7. Final Agreement

By booking a trip with Pesona Nidera, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
