Argasoka is an official travel agency under PT. Argasoka Wisata Indonesia.
Before booking a trip with us, please read and understand the following terms and conditions carefully. Argasoka is committed to delivering reliable, safe, and high-quality travel services to ensure a smooth and memorable journey.
To make a booking with Argasoka, customers are required to check tour availability and select their preferred trip or activity. Once the booking request is received, Argasoka will verify availability and provide detailed trip information.
After the customer agrees to the proposed itinerary and details, the following deposit is required to secure the booking:
Reservations can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or email. All bookings will be confirmed in writing by Argasoka along with an official invoice. Argasoka is not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete information provided by customers. Customers are required to carefully review and confirm all booking details stated in the confirmation.
An official invoice will be issued once the booking is confirmed. Payments must be completed before the due date stated on the invoice. Failure to make the required deposit by the due date will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
Payment of the deposit confirms that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Payments can be made via Argasoka’s designated bank account or other approved payment methods as stated on the invoice. Any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency exchange differences are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt of payment, customers will receive a travel voucher along with the due date for the remaining balance. The remaining balance must be paid no later than one week prior to departure. For bookings made less than one month before departure, full payment must be completed at least one day before departure.
Customers may cancel their booking at any time by contacting Argasoka in writing.
All tour payments made are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be permitted within the same calendar year, subject to availability and approval by Argasoka.
In circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or force majeure events, Argasoka reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel trips with or without prior notice.
Customers are strongly advised to have personal travel insurance covering medical expenses due to illness or accidents, loss or damage of personal belongings, and travel disruptions caused by cancellations or delays from airlines or accommodation providers.
All flight schedules provided by airlines are estimates and subject to change due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or air traffic regulations. Argasoka is not responsible for flight schedule changes or any losses resulting from delays that cause missed flights or connections.
Customers are highly recommended to arrive in Labuan Bajo at least one day before the tour departure date.
